We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and sealed contact lens packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or tampered with.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your contact lens vials or blister packs are unopened, sealed in original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date.

Contact Support

Email our beauty care team with your order number and photos of the sealed products to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the items in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

Ship and Refund

Send your package using a trackable shipping method; once our warehouse inspects the seal integrity, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
